Karma Automotive, formerly known as Fisker Automotive, is set to unveil a new concept vehicle during the upcoming 2024 Monterey Car Week. The automaker has transitioned from offering luxury and commercial vehicles to focusing exclusively on ultra-luxury vehicles with high levels of personalization. This shift in strategy aims to establish Karma as an American ultra-luxury brand, reminiscent of iconic brands like Duesenberg. The company’s plant in Moreno Valley, California, will handle production of the new Karma vehicles, including the upcoming concept.
1. The Launch of the Karma GT UV Design Study:
Karma Automotive will debut its latest concept vehicle, the GT UV Design Study, at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering during the 2024 Monterey Car Week. The concept is described as a grand touring utility vehicle with four seats and multi-terrain capability. The teaser photos released suggest that the concept might be an SUV, showcasing sleek design elements that set it apart in the luxury automotive market.
2. The Karma Kaveya Concept:
In addition to the GT UV Design Study, Karma will also showcase the Kaveya sports car concept at the Monterey Car Week. The Kaveya, initially revealed in 2023, will feature the interior design of the production model expected to launch in 2026. With up to 1,000 hp and a starting price of approximately $300,000, the Kaveya embodies luxury and performance, catering to discerning consumers seeking a unique driving experience.
3. The Karma Gyesera Sport Sedan:
Another highlight at the Karma stand will be the Gyesera sport sedan, revealed earlier in the year. The Gyesera is set to enter the market, offering 120 kWh of battery capacity and a maximum power output of 590 hp. Priced at around $175,000, the Gyesera promises a combination of luxury, performance, and electric powertrain technology that aligns with Karma’s commitment to sustainable mobility solutions.

Karma Automotive emerged from the bankruptcy of Fisker Automotive in 2013, inheriting the legacy of the Fisker Karma as its flagship model. While the Revero, an updated version of the Fisker Karma, remains the company’s sole offering, Karma has shifted its focus to developing electric vehicles exclusively.
